Every resident at Sunset Adult Family Home receives an individualized care plan developed in collaboration with their family, physician, and our care team. Services are adjusted over time as needs evolve. We also coordinate with Washington State DSHS and outside agencies as needed to ensure each resident receives all the support they qualify for.
